Mr. Bate has been practicing law in Florida since 1988, formerly with a major statewide defense trial firm and most recently in-house for a Fortune 500 Healthcare company. AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell, Andrew is admitted to practice and has trial experience in all State and Federal Courts of the State of Florida, and has participated in the trial of cases in multiple other jurisdictions.
