Scott P. Schlesinger is a trial lawyer who practices at the Schlesinger Law Offices, P.A. Mr. Schlesinger graduated from Brown University with a B.S. degree in biopsychology. He then attended law school at the University of Florida and earned his Juris Doctorate degree in 1984.
Mr. Schlesinger has been practicing personal injury and medical malpractice law since 1984 representing individuals who have been injured by negligent doctors and hospitals. He has successfully tried numerous cases, and has obtained many multimillion dollar verdicts for his clients.
Mr. Schlesinger has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1984. Mr. Schlesinger is a member of the Florida Bar, American Association for Justice, Florida Justice Association, and Broward County Justice Association. Mr. Schlesinger was recently recognized by Lawdragon, a legal ranking and news service that provides expert analysis about lawyers and judges. He was also named one of Florida Trend's Legal Elite in 2008.
