Gregg A. Schlesinger has been an accomplished attorney for over 29 years and a general contractor. He has represented plaintiffs in various cases across several types of litigation. Gregg has tried cases throughout the United States, from Florida to Hawaii.
Gregg is part of a 70-year tradition within the Schlesinger family of working tirelessly to represent individuals injured due to negligent conduct. Gregg’s father, Sheldon J. Schlesinger, founded Schlesinger Law Offices.
In addition to being well-known in construction law, Gregg gained national attention when going up against energy companies, including the largest in the State of Florida, Florida Power & Light, FPL, on more than one occasion. He is experienced in ensuring utility companies stand accountable for their downed powerlines, neglecting to follow standard protocols after a storm, faulty engineering, and other potential hazards.
Much of Gregg’s construction knowledge comes from graduating from the University of Florida with a degree in Building Construction, working as a project engineer for Centex Rooney building and inspecting multi-story office and apartment buildings, and formed his own construction company, Schlesinger Construction Inc., whose company constructed the office building in which the firm practices.
